3、求助：國際貿易實務怎麼學？
國際貿易實務，顧名思義，是關於國際貿易實際操作的課程，我個人的經驗，這類課程僅僅通過課堂學習或者看書自學，效果是有限的，如果你能有機會到任何一個正規的外貿公司去實習一二個月，甚至勝過你在學校學一個學期，課堂上都是些枯燥的定義，概念，理論,很多東西你學了，一輩子都用不到，舉個例子，外貿里付款方式有很多種，在書本上你會看到，除了常規的FOB，CIF，CFR之外，還有CIP，EXW，DDP...但實際上，類似DDP這樣的付款方式你做一輩子外貿都未必會用到，極其小眾的小額的價格方式，你有必要對這個價格條款滾瓜爛熟嗎？最常用的就是那3種，你掌握了就夠了，別的你只要知道基本概念就行了，用到時去查一下就行了。
在我看來，對國際貿易實務這樣的課程，如果沒有條件到外貿公司實習，那你需要先把整本書通讀一遍，然後理解外貿操作的整個環節是什麼，再選取外貿操作中幾個重點的環節加深印象，這幾個重點的環節是：
1. 價格條款
2. 付款方式，重點的重點是信用證付款，信用證是什麼，信用證的特點，什麼是貨物單據化，什麼是單單相符，這些需要非常深刻的理解，可以不誇張的說，對信用證的熟悉和掌握是你是否掌握了外貿操作的核心。
3. 報關環節
4. 海運環節，重點理解海運提單的格式和特點，海運提單是外貿中最重要的單據之一。
5. 單證操作，重點是怎麼做商業發票，這也是最重要的單據之一。
6. 各國，各地區的貿易特點。。。
大致內容是這些，不要死記硬背，要理解，當然還是那句話，如果能實際操作，那會事半功倍！
