3、外贸函电信函格式

一般外贸信函具有七个基本组成部分:信头、日期、信内地址、称呼、正文、结尾敬语和落款签字。当然可能还有其他部分如:事由标题、附件和抄送等 。

1、信头、日期和信内地址通常, 信头位于信函上方的中间或者左边, 包含发信人公司的名称、地址、电话号码和电子邮件地址等信息。日期则位于信头下一行或两行, 靠左, 英美两国日期排列顺序不同, 英国的顺序是日、月、年。信内地址是收信人的联系方式, 在日期下至少两行 。

2、称呼称呼位于信内地址下两行, 有不同的形式, 根据发信人和收信人之间的关系选择不同的称呼形式 。

3、正文外贸函电的正文一般包括三部分:开始, 正文和结尾 。在开始部分说明写信目的, 如之前有过通信, 还会提及之前相关信函 。实际信息部分阐明写信的具体目的、要求或希望 。结尾则表达美好愿望或感谢之情 。

4、下订单的函电信函的结构

下订单的函电信函的结巧搭扮构需孝灶要九个部分组成。
1、信头,信头是写信人公司的名称,位于信纸的上部枝哗。外贸公司或厂家一般都备有印有信头的信笺。信头通常应包括公司名称、地址、邮编、电话号码、传真号码、E-mail等。
2、日期,需要写上下订单时的准确时间。
3、引证号码,一般有两个它是发信人为了便于归档分类所作的编号,同时也是希望对方复信时指明原信编号,以便查找。
4、信内地址,收信人的公司名称及地址。
5、称呼,写信给公司时常用DearSir英或Gentlemen,如写信给公司的某个人,可用DearMr女性用DearMadam,较熟悉的人可称呼DearJohn,DearAlice等。
6、事由,位于称呼语下面,常用大写或划底线形式以示醒目,使收信人一看便知其内容,并能及时转交有关经办人。
7、正文大多包括三部分,第一段,引导段。第二段,提供信息或说明事实。第三段,涉及将来的打算和行动。
8、结尾敬语,外贸函电不管什麽内容大都采用格式俗套Yoursfaithfullysincerelytruly,其中Yours可以与后面成分颠倒。
9、签名签名通常打印在手写签名的下面,其下打印写信人的职务或职位。
