作者简介
廖瑛,教授,毕业于湖南师范大学外语系,现为湖南大学外国语学院语言学及应用语言学硕士研究生导师、院教授工作委员会委员、学术委员会委员和学位委员会委员。1987-1995年曾任湖南省大学外语学会副会长,现任湖南省科技翻译工作者协会常务理事、学术部长。著有《实用公关英语》、《实用外贸英语函电》、《商务文秘英语》、《实用外宾接待与外贸谈判英语》、《国际商务英语——商务理论、语言与实务》、《实用英语应用文写作》等书共计19本,在各类学术期刊上发表论文十几篇 。其著作和事迹已收入湖南省社会科学院主编的《当代湘籍著作家大辞典》等多种辞书。

贵司的态度,还是蛮强硬的。一般的工厂,只是尽量把话说得多么委婉,拖延时间而又不损失赔偿或定单,所以不会这么态度坚决。另外,取消合同是违约吧。虽然不一定会引起什么贸易纠纷,但是就交货期问题而取消合同,个人觉得处理得还是太过了些。
