你所谓经济全球化关税又是神马的东西，在说了就算互通的话，是全说俄罗斯语还是全说日语啊（英语肯定也是一总），我不是忘记了中文，而是某档不太可能争取这个，比如中俄军演我放的要求就是全用俄语。
